Balance/Stabilization Drills Section ::: 1 Leg Balance-Ball Catch & Toss
Stand on the disc with 1 leg. Have a partner toss a soccer ball to you. While maintaining your balance on the disc, catch the ball and toss it back to your partner. Try to complete 10-20 catch and tosses without falling off of the disc. Perform 2-3 sets and alternate legs between each set. This drill can be made harder by having your partner toss the ball to either side of you at various heights or over your head, but not so far from your body that it would force you off of the disc.
